What can I expect when working with you?
When you work with me, you can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My goal is to understand what's most important to you and to work collaboratively toward the changes or insights you're seeking.
I bring curiosity, compassion, and respect to our sessions, and I'll do my best to help you feel seen and understood. At times, therapy can feel challenging as we uncover difficult emotions or patterns, but I'll be here to help you navigate that process safely and with care.
We'll work together to build awareness, develop coping tools, and strengthen your sense of self. Over time, I hope you'll begin to notice shifts-in how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.

What do you like to do when you're not a therapist?
Spend time with my family and my golden retriever, Louie

What do your clients say about you?
Client #1 "She likes to play games with me and she is really good about talking about certain stuff to help me feel better and has awesome snacks."
Client #2 "We have a really great connection, she's kind of funny and really really nice"

What is your universal piece of advice?
Therapy isn't about having all the answers or getting everything right. It's really about showing up as you are and giving yourself space to grow.

What is the hardest truth you have had to accept?
Healing doesn't happen all at once, it's a process of slowly untangling things, understanding them, and learning how to hold space with them.
