What do you like to do when you're not a therapist?
Outside of the therapy space, I try to soak up every moment in the outdoors by hiking, kayaking, or simply adventuring with my dog. I also find joy in playing games and cherishing quality time with my children.
What can I expect when working with you?
You can expect a partner on your journey who will listen to your experience, seek to understand your goals, and will collaborate with you to build a plan towards wholeness and a life that aligns with your values. I bring my humanity to the therapy space and will meet you where you are.
What are three words your loved ones would use to describe you?
Compassionate, Tenacious, Silly
What inspired you to become a therapist?
As a child my family provided foster care and from a young age, I understood that we all are attempting to create safety in our lives. Since I was a teenager I have wanted to understand how to be a safe presence for myself and others, and to help others understand their distress in terms of seeking safe relationships.
What do you dream of?
I dream of a world where every child's needs are met by responsive, caring adults.
