When working with me, you can expect a calm and compassionate environment where you feel supported and understood. I believe that each person already has the tools they need for change, and my role is to help you uncover and apply them in meaningful ways. Together, we'll focus on growth, resilience, and practical steps that move you toward your goals.
What do you like to do when you're not a therapist?
I like to do crafts, watch Anime, and do my nails.
What are three words your loved ones would use to describe you?
Grounded, Compassionate, and Sincere
How do you incorporate your own identity into your role as a therapist?
I incorporate my identity through authenticity and empathy, allowing my genuine personality to guide how I connect with clients. I believe my calm and reflective nature helps clients feel safe and supported as they explore challenges. I also remain mindful of my personal values and experiences, using them to enhance rather than shape the counseling process so that each client's unique story stays at the center of our work.
What inspired you to become a therapist?
My inspiration to become a therapist came from a deep interest in how people grow and adapt through life's challenges. I've always been curious about the ways our experiences shape who we are and how we connect with others. Being able to walk alongside clients as they discover resilience, healing, and self-understanding is what led me to pursue a career in counseling.
What are you trying to grow into?
I'm growing into a therapist who balances empathy with confidence-someone who can hold space for others while also guiding them toward their goals. I'm focused on deepening my self-awareness, clinical skills, and ability to connect with diverse clients in meaningful ways.
