What can I expect when working with you?
When working with me, clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and supported. My approach is grounded in genuine connection - I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. Together, we'll explore patterns, emotions, and life experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

What do you like to do when you're not a therapist?
I enjoy spending time with family, friends, reading a good book, and spending time outdoors.

What are three words your loved ones would use to describe you?
Compassionate, Supportive, and Empathetic.

How do you incorporate your own identity into your role as a therapist?
I believe that who I am deeply informs how I show up in the therapy room. My values, life experiences, and cultural perspective shape the way I connect with clients and understand their unique experiences. I bring authenticity, warmth, and curiosity into my work, striving to create a space where clients feel seen and accepted as they are.

What is your universal piece of advice?
"No rain, no flowers", this makes you human.
