What can I expect when working with you?
In my therapy office you can expect a warm and empathetic environment that is rooted in compassion and collaboration with a bit of fun and creativity. I want each of my clients to feel encouraged in reaching their own individual goals, so my aim is always to walk beside you, allowing you to lead the way. Whether we are engaging in a creative activity or talking through the hard things, I will support your unique strengths and empower you to celebrate your authentic self.
What do you like to do when you're not a therapist?
Nature is my refuge, so when I'm not in the therapy space, I'm usually out exploring the outdoors. I love spending time with and riding my horses. I enjoy hiking, canoeing, and paddle boarding and at every possible opportunity I'll be escaping to the north woods or adventuring in the Boundary Waters.
What are three words your loved ones would use to describe you?
Well, I polled them (because I'm literal like that) and this is what they came up with: Thoughtful, Loyal, and Genuine. Adventurous, and Kind (that's more than 3 because I'm a rebel)
What are you trying to grow into?
I hope to continue to grow my horse therapy practice, where my days are devoted to helping others heal through the power of horses, and each evening is spent in a happy, peaceful barn, listening to my horses as they quietly munch their hay.
What do you dream of?
I dream of a simple life, rooted to my loved ones and to the earth!
