Carrie Gapinski

Carrie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University and Master's of Social Work from St. Cloud State University. Her certification includes DC 0-5 and Trauma focused therapy. Carrie provides therapeutic services to individuals across the lifespan, with a specialization in working with children, adolescents, and families. Her areas of focus include emotional and behavioral challenges, depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, and challenges related to significant life transitions and family system changes. She grounds her therapeutic approach in play therapy, strengths-based and solution-focused approaches, as well as cognitive-behavioral and family systems models to address the unique needs of each client.
